All international shipments from Lebanon are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the end customer upon delivery. Please note that DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service is not applicable.
Tariff rates are automatically reflected within the e-commerce shipping fees through system integration. In the event of any changes to delivery rates that are not yet updated on the system, we will inform you accordingly.
Please note that returns are not included in the standard service.
